We make it as easy as possible to get the medication you need, where you need it. Make it known to us of a home delivery and your medication will arrive at your door, anywhere within New Jersey and New York areas.
Home delivery.
Delivery comes at an extra cost, and we take great care to ensure your medication arrives on time. We ship in secure nondescript packaging (temperature controlled when necessary) to help ensure quality, privacy and safety.
Pick up at CVS Pharmacy.
Most specialty pharmacies only deliver, but if you prefer to pick up your medication, we can have it available for you at any CVS Pharmacy you choose*. To find a CVS Pharmacy near you, use your Pharmacy Locator.

Receiving Your Shipment & Signature Requirements
Most of our shippers have relaxed their signature requirements for medication deliveries.
For example, UPS currently allows you to enter a code and your name so you don’t have to touch the hand-held device.
Delivery Days
Regular delivery is Monday through Friday. Some shipments sent by mail may arrive on Saturday. Orders that need to be refrigerated arrive Tuesday through Friday.
Delivery Tracking
You can check your order status any time on your computer or mobile device. Learn more about order status alerts.
Delivery to Remote Areas
In remote areas, deliveries may be as late as 7:30 p.m. (Saturday delivery may not be available.) Check with your CareTeam when placing your order. We’re happy to make different arrangements if needed.
Late or Missing Deliveries
Ensuring that you have your medication when you need it is our top priority. If you don’t receive your order on schedule, call us as soon as possible.
Change of Address
Send a message to your CareTeam or update your account preferences if your address, phone number or delivery preference changes.
Traveling
If you’re on vacation or away from home for an extended period, you can arrange delivery to your current location or a nearby CVS Pharmacy.* Contact your CareTeam or simply change your delivery location online.
Emergency Refills
If you need an emergency refill, call the phone number on your prescription label.
